Director Shane Meadows (This is England, Dead Man’s Shoes) crafts this wry coming of age tale. Wily teenage runaway Tomo finds himself in the working-class area of London where he meets shy Polish immigrant Marek. The two forge an unlikely friendship and soon set off on a variety of misadventures as they try to find part time work while also falling for a local French waitress.
