Scandalous Stories by Grozeva & Valchanov

Bulgarian filmmakers Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov won the New Directors Award at the San Sebastian Film Festival for their 2014 film THE LESSON and returned two years later with GLORY, starring the same actress, Margita Gosheva. These films are the first two installments in their Newspaper Clippings Trilogy, which feature stories inspired by media sensations that depict the absurdity of life in post-communist Bulgaria. The final installment, TRIUMPH, is currently in development.
