Hector McAdam (Peter Mullan) is embarking on his annual journey from Scotland to London, where comrades, Christmas cheer and a hot turkey dinner await him. Aware that this year's trip may be his last, Hector takes some alternate paths to reconnect with his past and reunite with those he left behind.
