In 1970s Minnesota, a young nun falls in love with a runaway girl.
Director Mandy Jacobs is an LA-based filmmaker interested in production for film and television. In 2019 she graduated from Chapman University where she earned her BFA in Film Production with an Emphasis in Directing and was the recipient of the Leo Freedman Fellowship in Film Grant for the production of her thesis film SISTERS which premiered in October 2019 at the National Film Festival For Talented Youth in Seattle. In the past, Mandy has worked in creative development at Skydance Media, with the American Film Institute Festivals programming department, and on productions for Netflix, Showtime, FX and Lionsgate. Mandy is currently an Executive Assistant at HBO. She loves TV, traveling and her former stray cat, Marilyn.
