A boy, alone in his world, is visited by an unexpected but familiar figure.
Born in Seoul but growing up in New Jersey, Dennis Sungmin Kim spent much of his middle school science classes drawing and designing fantastical creatures and characters. To this day he is still trying to compensate for his neglected classroom time by creating absurd works in science fiction. His process involves drawing on paper, digitally compositing, and occasionally spacing out. This discipline in doing absolutely nothing while staring at blank walls has led to strong interests in science fiction, fantasy, magical realism and surrealism. Dennis is currently studying Fine Arts and Cinema Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
