Narcissister Organ Player
Sundance Film Festival • Documentary
Brooklyn-based artist and award-winning performer, Narcissister, is masked and merkin-ed clad in her directorial debut, NARCISSISTER ORGAN PLAYER. Premiering at SXSW before going to the Sundance Film Festival, the film deconstructs her celebrated stage shows which combine dance, elaborate costumes, pop music hits, unabashed eroticism and heavy doses of humor. From public outings with Marilyn Manson, collaborations with Marina Abramovic to a stint on AMERICA’S GOT TALENT, Narcissister is no stranger to the spotlight. This documentary goes behind the iconic mask to uncover what inspires and drives Narcissister's performance art.
