Fujido, an aging millionaire, sees Sayumi walking in the cemetery and instantly falls in love with her. She reminds him of his first love, Kazumi. Initially, Sayumi looks at Fujido as a father figure, but she gradually grows attracted to him too. They spend a week together at his vacation house near the beach. But Fujido seems to have a dark, guilty past and spends much of his time writing in his memoir. One stormy night, a young fugitive breaks into the vacation house and violates Sayumi.
