Transgender sex worker Kristina lives alone in Belgrade with her cats and antiques collection while undergoing non-hypnotic regression sessions. She accidentally meets Marko, a former theology student, and despite their different backgrounds, the two begin a relationship. In her search for antiques, Kristina discovers Christianity and accepts it as the only truth. Marko accepts Kristina as a woman but is upset that she cannot give birth to his children.
