Begoña (Laura Morante) is a thirty-something successful executive by day who is consumed by torrid passion and insatiable desires every night. Encouraged by her therapist, she begins to keep a video diary of her promiscuous encounters using a palm-sized videocassette recorder, but her reckless obsession soon puts herself in danger.
