Martine (Isabelle Goguey) takes a nursing job at a secluded convalescent home in the French countryside. Despite its eccentric residents and imposing director, she initially believes she has found the perfect position. But when a fellow nurse mysteriously disappears, Martine begins to uncover the horrifying secret behind the residents’ remarkable longevity and their macabre appetite.
